Clovis Club is 'Lovin It'

On April 19th, many Boys & Girls Club supporters had dinner at a local McDonald’s restaurant to raise money for the Clovis Club. The McDonalds at 4803 E McKinley, (at Chestnut Ave) partnered with Clovis members.  McDonalds set up a booth for staff to share Club information, provided cookies for teens to sell and the Club brought a brand new bike to raffle off.  Boys & Girls Club teens made signs and stood in the parking lot hoping the community would come by and see what the Club is all about. 30% of the profits made during the event went to the Club. Over $400 was raised!

“I think it’s pretty cool that we were able to raise so much in one day. The Club could really use this,” said a Clovis teen.

These funds will go toward programs that give members a chance to learn and grow. Moments like this show our members they can do anything they set their mind too.
